Free play is the most important part of the Learning Ladder curriculum.  During free play, children in the center are able to explore various materials in different areas: dramatic play, block area, quiet/reading area, art area, science area, writing center. Learning Ladder is a play based center, which means children learn through play. Children receive guidance and support when "practicing" their social skills, problem solving skills, cooperating interactions, self-help skills, etc...

outdoor play

Going outside is another important part of the Learning Ladder experience.  We have a wonderful outside playground, along with 10 acres of property to explore and discover on.  This is especially fun during our summer camps.
